About the Team:

Our business sales vision is to become the communications integrator of choice, turning our customers into fans. The Enterprise sales strategy is to focus on key market segments (creating practices) and deliver Joined Up Business solutions that grow our customers revenue and reduce their costs.

Your Role:

The Client Director will work closely with the Sales Manager for Partners and Tech Services to define and execute a sales strategy and deliver Telefonica`s growth objectives for their nominated account. In this role, you will have ultimate responsibility for the specific customers, you will lead the account engagement and virtual team to deliver against all defined KPI`s and growth ambitions. You will have relationships throughout your client from C-level to delivery and you`ll spend a large proportion of your time on site at their premises.

Responsibilities:

-Accountable for retention and increasing revenue and drive the account to
-Accountable for the delivery of all associated KPI`s and targets
-Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction measured by KPI`s
-Keeping abreast of all market and industry information and delivering fresh thinking and new opportunities for your account
-Ensuring you have full knowledge and understanding of the Telefonica group structure, products and services, market intelligence and competition, sales methodology and our existing and new customer business and market
-Leverage your internal and external network to drive relationships across partners, customers and industry leaders
-Strong engagement with and management of internal stakeholders
-Collaborate with the practice team to ensure a successful practice strategy is implemented to meet the market objectives
-Prepare and update clear account plans to meet the practice growth objectives
-Ensure a high level of forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage
-Research and attend customer forums, events and drive networking opportunities

Skills & experience:

-The ability to work with various levels of stakeholder, influencing and presenting up to C-suite internally and externally
-Excellent industry and market knowledge with a genuine passion for the digital world
-Effectively build cross functional working relationships
-Collaboratively drive and define timescales and client decision making processes
-Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
-Outstanding forecast skills with the ability to accurately pipeline
Grade: PSG5
