About the Team:

Telefonica`s MNC teams are worth 1.2b Euros in annual revenue and the Multinational UK led Enterprise business accounts for 65m Euros annual revenues.

Your Role:

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Intelligence and functionally into the UK MNC Director, you will have responsibility and ownership for negotiating and aligning across 5 commercial regions with 24 operations to agree complex tasks, measures and processes within Telefonica Group and O2 UK. This will require you to understand the difference in requirements across each region, work effectively across cultures, consolidate various data sources to align into common formats and create a clear message of complex analysis to enable quick and easy actions and decisions to be made.


- Creating and producing reports on global MNC sales pipeline and activity and performance for the UK in the MNC area
- Implementing global sales targeting and forecasting processes for the UK for MNC sales and revenue
- Creation and delivery of exec board packs to present to the O2 UK senior management teams related to MNC activity
- Ensure all global and local teams are aligned and work effectively together on global and local account management business reviews, implementation of best practices and stakeholder management
- Lead and build real time SalesForce dashboards to accurately reflect sales activity and lead indicators
- Lead process improvements and efficiencies within the team and across virtual teams
- Liaise across 4 commercial regions working as part of the European leadership team and providing dedicated support to the UK MNC Director

Skills & experience:

- Excellent analytical skills gained within a sales environment with the ability to capture, understand and analyse complex data
- Demonstrable track record for delivering dashboards and performance reporting
- A high degree of commercial acumen with a strong knowledge of corporate and MNC markets in Latam and the UK
- Outstanding presentation skills with a high level of communication to be able to deliver complex messages in a clear and concise way
- Evidence of building and cultivating strong business relationships within sales teams, senior leaders and key operational teams
- An experience people manager with the ability to motivate others to support them in fulfilling their potential
- Experience of working across cultures and the ability to adapt your style and approach
- First class influencing skills and the confidence to negotiate at any level
