About the Team:

We drive and own the commercial performance of the SMB P&L. We manage the commercial performance through ownership of the acquisition, retention and growth strategy of the P&L. This is across all SMB Mobile, Non-Mobile and Device related products and services. We shape, manage and influence the sales trading performance of these products and services across all channels to market.

The team is made up of four key areas - Strategy & Transformation, Pricing & Proposition, Acquisition & Device Pricing, and Management of Retention and In-Life. The four areas report in to the Head of SMB, with responsibility for driving a significant proportion of revenue, profit and mobile market share in to the O2 UK operating business (OB).

Your Role:

Your role will be to develop and deliver a new area of revenue growth to our business. Looking at our existing `in contract` base and looking to grow our base as well as our revenues. You will play a pivotal role in producing and communicating Customer, Market and Sales insight to the P&Ls senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance and Sales. The insight you generate will be crucial to you delivering the right propositions, mechanics and trading decisions to drive the P&Ls sales performance, removal of barriers to trading and delivery on the commercial commitments of the SMB P&L to the O2 UK OB.

Responsibilities:

-Drive Total Revenue, MSR & CC and deliver underlying growth in the base - drive the adoption and usage of value added services in the base and prevent Revenue/CC leakage
-Together with Customer Insight and Marcomms establish cross/sell upsell capability & plan for SMB to drive incremental in life revenue - Non Mobile services, data upsell, Roaming etc...
-Enhance SMB Propositions, Products, Services & Pricing portfolio to better meet the needs of in contract Customers - drive adoption and usage of value added services
-Drive `richer and longer relationships with our Customers`
-Manage the P&Ls Non-Mobile Revenue Outlook


Skills & experience:

Essential skills:
-Excellent commercial acumen
-Excellent stakeholder relationship management
-Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Excellent communication/story telling skills

Desirable experience:
-Business experience - specifically P&L or Sales
-Previous Finance experience
