Role outline

As the Flagship O2 Arena Store Leader, you`ll be passionate about delivering the best in-store experience. Your team will deliver a world-class service to our customers, building something new and setting the bar high. Your store will be seen by millions of customers each year, whether they are passing through on their way to a show, or popping in to discuss a new tariff.

You will be an ambassador for O2 in the O2, ensuring that the store is equipped to impress avid show-goers for any event at The O2 Arena, whether it`s Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Michael McIntyre or Ramin Djawadi and his orchestra.

Flying the flag, always surprising and delighting our customers with exceptional product knowledge and attentiveness is in your DNA as is planning ahead in order to deliver the best digital in-store experience.

Leading from the front you`ll inspire, support and challenge your team giving them confidence to shine and make every customer experience feel special.

Skills and Experience

-Be passionate about digital and excite our people and our customers, empowering your team to talk about the digital world in order to understand our customer`s needs and be able to provide the right products in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable way.
-Build emotional connections based on trust to understand and adapt to our people and customers, build trust through strong relationships and collaborative style. Be empathetic when dealing with difficult situations, and positive when finding solutions.
-Pursue growth and learning by capturing every opportunity to nurture and grow people through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
-Be brave and make decisions, challenge established procedures and look out for opportunities to use new technology to make an impact on our people and customers
