About the team
Tesco Mobile is an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and joint venture between O2 (Telefonica UK) and Tesco. Launched in 2003 it has grown rapidly to become the UK`s largest MVNO with a customer base to 4.6m (2016) and 99% network coverage in the UK. We have an award winning customer care service and in 2016 won "Best Value Pay Monthly", "Best PAYG Network" and "High Street Retailer of the year" at the uSwitch Awards.

Your role
We`re looking for an experienced Base Communications Manager to join our small but mighty team. You`ll have ownership of the below-the-line communications strategy and implementation and will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle journey. You`ll also have ownership of the relationship with Tesco Clubcard - working with our agency and internal partners to develop and deliver Statement, Coupon and direct mail activity.

-Below the line comms strategy development & implementation

-End-to end campaign management & optimisation across all BTL media, including Clubcard

-Development and optimisation of comms across the full customer lifecycle

-Scoping and delivery of comms requirements for Change projects across the business

-Comms repository compilation, management and development

-Reinforcement and building of brand credibility within the customer base

-Development of customer engagement & satisfaction with the brand

-Delivery of incremental churn & revenue benefit

-Support of Customer Care in minimising contact rate

-Comms budget management

-Team management & development

Demonstrable Experience
-Experience in a base comms role
Experience of campaign management from end to end.
-Track record of developing customer engagement and building brand credibility
-Strong stakeholder engagement
-People Management
-Budget Management
Grade: PCGU

Location: Slough
