About the team
We`re looking for a driven and experienced account manager to join our Enterprise team. The O2 Business sales vision is to become the communications integrator of choice, turning our customers into fans.

The enterprise sales strategy is to focus on key market segments (creating practices) and deliver Joined Up Business solutions that grow our customers revenue and reduce their costs.

Client Managers will play a critical role in the practice, managing opportunities within our target accounts and delivering on all Telefonica`s growth objectives using the full Joined Up Business portfolio.

Your role
You`ll work within the Business Services practice and will have overall responsibility for a number of target accounts or a particular market segment. You`ll have specific KPI`s around delivering new revenues and growing overall profitability . You`ll work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure all the practice KPI`s are met, taking ownership of both personal and team objectives.

Responsibilities
The Client Manager`s key responsilities will be;
-Ultimate responsibility for the delivery of all personal KPI`s and targets
-Ultimate responsibility for the customers satisfaction (measured as 80+ for CSI)
-Ultimate responsibility for adhering to all Telefonica`s minimum standards (outlined in the Prepare section of the leadership capabilities overleaf)
-Full understanding of Telefonica`s Joined Up Business propositions, creating tailored value propositions for our customers
-Acting as an ambassador for the practice and exhibiting Telefonica`s core values

Demonstrable Experience
-Experience selling an ICT product set
-Good market network and knowledge
-Good communicator and presenter
-Good engagement and gravitas at C-suite level
-Demonstrable track record of Strategic Sales Skills
-Ability to build effective cross-functional working relationships
-Ability to Drive and define timescales and client decision making processes
-Strong commercial acumen and negotiator
-IT literate - Excel, word, report creation.
-Strong IT knowledge with convergence technologies.
-Products and services knowledge including IT hardware
Grade: PSG4
