Your role
We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical mind who has experience in working within an online business. As well as having years of analytical experience, we are looking for someone who has strong communication skills who is proficient at feeding back analysis to key stakeholders and make recommendations to help drive the business forward. You need to be passionate about analytics, an energetic self-starter, as well as being excited about the opportunity to be a part of our vibrant giffgaff business.

As the e-Commerce Analytics Manager, you will build strong stakeholder relationships while managing and developing advanced analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and inspire a small team of analysts and deliver best in class, accurate, timely analytics at all times. The role involves closely working with all directorates of giffgaff to provide insights, drive efficiencies, and embed analytical solutions into the business.

You will need to be able to quickly and effectively understand business problems from multiple stakeholders and produce analytical solutions which will enable them to make better decisions or work more efficiently. As well as providing best in class analytics you will constantly be looking for new ways to innovate and identify future opportunities within analytics.

You will run very high profile meetings with the CEO and his Directors in attendance. You will need to ensure that the information is communicated clearly, and actions are driven from it. In addition you will be responsible for chasing actions from attendees of the meetings.

Demonstrable Experience
The role will require the use of SQL & AWS databases (MS SQL) along with Tableau. Training can be given for many of these but good knowledge of databases & strong SQL skills are crucial. Strong proficiency of Microsoft Excel is vital. The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, great organisational and planning skills and the ability to drive through change are essential to the role.
