Who are you and what is your role at O2?

My name is Ryan ponsford and I'm a full-time Retail Advisor in the Plymouth O2 store.

What do you get up to outside of work? Hobbies and interests?

My are time is mainly spent playing video games (ps5) or spending time with my family. My son is currently 6 so we spend time between playing games together or getting out. Currently teaching him to ride a bike which is one of the most stressful experiences of my life.

Why did you apply for O2?

Having previously worked for O2 and left due to personal issues, my goal was always to return to O2 when my circumstances changes, so when an opportunity opened up there was no hesitation in my choice to return to O2.

Have you used the Virgin Media O2 discounts?

Career aspirations?

Currently, I am working on becoming accredited. However, knowing that I have so many ways to self-develop and a path for my career to take is fantastic.

How would you describe your team?

The team in-store has been amazing and really welcoming to me. Even know it was an 80% new team it felt like I had never left and have been supportive inside and outside of work.

What do you enjoy most about O2?

While there are many things I enjoy about O2, it's knowing that the company honours my free time. They allow me to spend time with my family without the stress of what's going on in-store or asking me to do work outside of my shifts. And the discounts
