“Working in a store I’ve always found BeBrilliant to be a great incentivised tool for keeping employees energised and enthusiastic in their role. It is a brilliant (if you pardon the pun) reward scheme and perk for employees simply doing what their job entails. Throughout each year there are various incentives that will run for a specific period of time and in that time; based on individual sales team members are rewarded with points. These points can mean different things… from allowing entries into prize draws, securing a place in a league against other colleagues and winning some pretty great prizes! These prizes could be anything from BeBrilliant points, Designer gifts, Sweet treats, Tech bundles and even holidays (Insane!).”
