We see the Women's Network as a platform. A resource. And a community all in one. It’s been around for over 10 years, helping like-minded people (whatever your gender, background and race) to feel empowered, together. We have a big focus on development, networking, family, inspiration and health and wellbeing.

We're very proud to support Step into STEM. It’s a 7 month mentoring and work insight programme funded and supported by O222, BT, Vodafone and Ericsson to give female students access to professionals in science, technology, engineering & maths sectors.

We’re signatories of the Tech Talent Charter, which brings together industries and organisations to drive diversity and address gender imbalance in tech roles. And our leadership team ensures we stay aware of all areas of our business and the challenges our members face both in their careers and lives.
