Why wait to launch your career when you can get started straightaway as an apprentice at O2?

Join an apprenticeship that will last for at least 18 months and you’ll learn on the job. You’ll study towards qualifications. You’ll earn a salary. You’ll work on real projects with some of the best brains in the business. And you’ll connect with great training, coaching and support every step of the way. You’ll also feel well looked after and enjoy plenty of perks on top.

We’ll get you and flex things around you to help you explore new possibilities and shape your career the way you want it. We’ll give you more of what you need, want and love, so you can develop your skills, grow in confidence and get your career off to a great start. Every day you’ll be able to say you’ve helped to lead a digital revolution and improve the lives of millions of customers. How many apprentices can say that?
