We’re changing the face of retail to show our customers there’s so much more that their mobiles can do. We’ve created a cool home for cool tech. People can pop in for a coffee. Have fun. Play games. And read up on the latest goss. It’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before. 

People want different things from their tech. We want different kinds of people to help them and show them new possibilities. DJs, gamers, artists, sports stars and photographers who can use their passion to show our customers how to take stunning pics, create amazing presentations and more. We also want supreme organisers and inspiring leaders who can run our stores like a dream behind the scenes.

At our stores in Manchester and London, our team of characters showcase the latest tech, so our customers know what more it can do. We inspire. We surprise. We delight. We tell them all about the latest apps and tech – so they’re the first to know. It’s a real team effort.

And the experience doesn’t stop at the store door. Our teams go out into communities to help groups and individuals with their tech. We’ll talk to kids in schools dressed as a stormtrooper one minute and champion tech at a big event the next. Anything can happen.

Assessments

As we’re looking for people who are very different – our assessments are a little bit different too. We put on live events with experience zones to help your personality shine. Goodie bags. A guitarist. O2 angels who keep the coffee coming. Prepare for the unexpected.

  • Experience Leads – inspiring your team to victory, you’ll make every customer experience special and show people what their mobiles can do.
  • Operations Leads – the brains behind our store, you’ll shape our strategy and put plans into action behind the scenes.
  • Gurus – filling minds with new possibilities, you’ll bring life to the latest tech and show customers and colleagues what it can do.
  • Operations Assistants – the store’s engine room, you’ll organise everything and set the scene for brilliant customer experiences.
