O2’s LGBTQ network has been evolving this year, you will know us for our Pride events but at the same time as celebrating our diversity and inclusivity externally we’ve been reviewing our internal focus, objectives and plan for the year ahead. Our plan has a strong theme to be more diverse, more inclusive and continue to support our ‘everyone to bring their whole selves to work’ strategy. That’s why we are changing our name and now stand strong as Proud at O2.
We are Proud to be part of a company that has an open culture and people at the centre of our success but we still have work to do. Our plan will support everyone to be Proud of who they are and how they choose to identify.
