We’re very proud of our supportive LGBTQ network (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer/Questioning) that celebrates the unique contribution we all make when we can be our whole selves at work.

We also enjoy playing an active role in Pride and have a strong partnership with Stonewall who help us to make O2 an even more inclusive place to work.
